As the HR Specialist Performance Processes, you will ensure high performance organisational outcomes through the application of top-quality HR Processes. With the strength of your convictions, you will back yourself and your team in a changing environment.
Key responsibilities of the role include the development and delivery of the HR Performance Processes work plan. Tasks within the role involve the maintenance and continuous improvement of all operational elements within the portfolio, ranging from attraction and selection, to industrial relations, and governance, policy and procedures. With a freedom to act in this space, the delivery of full professional activities will challenge you to spearhead a new and adapted strategy to suit Te Ruunanga, our kaimahi and wider whaanau.
Most importantly, you will provide end-to-end [design, implementation and operational delivery] services across the Performance Processes portfolio, to contribute to an uplifting kaimahi environment and the prosperity of Ngaati Toa whaanau. To be successful you will have:
• Bachelor’s degree or experiential equivalent • Te Reo Proficiency: Beginner • Full Driver’s License • Experience in the implementation of leading-edge HR strategy and methodologies • Experience in the design or establishment of a similar HR Portfolio • Experience participating in a multi discipline team • MS Office Proficiency • IT Systems Proficiency
This role is a fixed term full time role for 12 months.
